Pattaya located in the province of Chon Buri at the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand (belongs one of the famous cities in Thailand) with a distance about 165 km from Bangkok.
The city of Pattaya is an municipality which covers the whole tambon Nong Prue and Na Kluea and parts of Huai Yai and Nong Pla Lai. It is in the industrialised eastern seaboard, along with Si Racha, Laem Chabang, and Chon Buri. However, it is a city mostly geared to tourism, with little emphasis on industry.

- Wat Yansangwararam Woramahawihan |
Covers an area of 366 rai. Turn left from Sukhumvit road, at km 160 for 5 kilometers. It was constructed in 1976 for Somdet Phra Yanasangwon, the present Supreme Patriarch, and later was supported by His Majesty the King. At the entrance are situated international pavilions presenting each country’s national architectural style around the pond. Within the compound of the temple are the Mondop where a replica of the Buddha’s footprint is enshrined, a large Chedi containing the relics of the Lord Buddha, as well as, his enlightened followers, and Wihan Phra Yanaret.
